Loved 🥰 my time at Aiken Sate Park! Spent my Memorial Day Weekend at campsite ⛺️ 6. Beautiful campground and bath house was clean with wonderful showers. It was my first motorcycle trip and Aiken State Park didn’t disappoint. I hiked around the park and while some sections of the nature trail were closed I still had fun. Office hours are 2 hours per day if want to rent stuff. Although it rained much of the weekend I still enjoyed my time. I traveled to Downtown Aiken one day for fun and it’s less than 30 minutes away. Outside the park are some amazing roads to ride on a motorcycle with plenty of horse farms to see. I highly recommend brewing some coffee with the water from the natural spring. I definitely will be back! 👍

We loved it! Grew up down the road but didn't find this place till I was an adult. It's so pretty and quiet. You can't beat $15 to take a paddle down the river. Pads, paddles, and boat included. Jacob at the office was very helpful and sweet with my 9 year old first time paddle. Dogwood in full bloom and birds and butterflies everywhere! Go now, before it gets too hot!!! 🥵

Small bodies of water, bridges, unpaved surfaces and beautiful Loblolly Pine Trees. Small fee to enter, plenty of parking. The main road around the park is approximately two miles and connects well to all that's offered here. An abundance of picnic areas, clean restrooms and an area to swim (open seasonally). Overall enjoyed my visit and plan to return in the future for more hiking and running.

Love this quiet, small campground! Big level pullthru sites with full hook up’s. Recently renovated by the state. We ride our E Bikes to town etc and there’s plenty of quiet roads for rides & picnics. (Be sure to eat at Nick’s in Crawfordville) Kathy is the superintendent and very personable & accessible. Also had Amazon pkgs delivered to us while camping & the office happily helped us with that… for a birthday!

This place is incredible and perfect for family gatherings of all types. From camping and day trips to kayaking, hikes and fishing there's literally something here for everybody that enjoys the outdoors. The site also hosts significant architectural and landscape contributions from the African-American Civilian Conservation Corps from the 1930s. My favorite part of the location are the many artesian wells that feed clean freshwater to the several ponds that are open for swimming and fishing. The South prong of the Edisto River also flows through this area which is excellent for kayaking. The entire location is well-maintained and clean.
