I enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner at Blue Collar Bistro with my family & friends! Yes, it was a special outing for my birthday and I thank God for amazing friends who love me and celebrated the day that I was born! #ariesseason The food was delicious. It was seasoned well and hot. The meats available included delicious fried chicken, baked chicken, meatloaf, fatback, fish, tenders, and pork chops. Vegetables/sides/drinks: turnip, green beans, collards, cabbage, delicious macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes, cream corn, sweet yams, rice & gravy, cornbread or roll, sweet tea, soda, or lemonade. Some dessert options included were ice cream, apple pie, or cheesecake. All delicious and we enjoyed it all!! . A Big Thank you to the owner Ms. Robin. It was nice to meet her. She is a very kind person and wants the best for her customers. You can taste it in the food!! . I recommend this place, especially on Sundays for the buffet! I like that the staff prepares the plates for customers as they move along the buffet line vs letting customers prepare plates. Ms. Robin is the owner and she is an excellent cook too! She was observed on the front lines helping with serving her customers today! The staff was friendly and served us desserts too! Thank you all for a positive experience at your location!! The food was great. It was a little too warm inside and hard to get someone to help you. Plus the servers were slow. You also can not take your leftover food with you.

This establishment is too small to accommodate the number of patrons visiting. There are way too many menu options in a day, that are not available when you actually order them. There was a variety of vegetables options and side orders, only to say "we only have this, this or this. Some of the food was seasoned well, the wait for orders were way too long. I witnessed customers come and leave, simply because they did not have room for any more people. Our food was cooked to order, but a 45-50 minute wait was a tad too long. My food was not brought out with the rest of my party, and had to wait an additional 20mins because they simply mixed up our orders and forgot mine. The fish was too soft although seasoned good. Macaroni was good, gizzards were amazing, but those vegetables need some love and attention bad. The "buffet" is not a buffet. Chicken was dry because it sat too long under the light. They need a hostess, an extra waiter/waitress to keep up with demand. A bigger space would support in the influx of customers. Consider doing certain menu options on certain days. The floors need remodeling and new chairs, bc there was a mishap with a chair, involving my friend while we were there. With some tweaks here and there, I would consider another try.
