Food was good, although a little dry. I asked for spicy and was told that they only have "regular". Probably no fault of the young woman but a better reply would have been "this is Bojangles, it's all a little spicy". Maybe a little more training would help?? This business is in an older building, which probably has lower overhead costs. So putting a little money back into maintenance wouldn't hurt. Broken floor tiles and the many ceiling stains are not appealing. Workers are pleasant enough, but not all appear happy to be here. Service is very good and food is okay, although it was not real fresh. I've been to many other Bojangles and the standards are different in every store. I visited here late on the 4th of July evening, so maybe they just didn't have a lot of business to keep everything fresh. We will go back again, it should be better.

Ordered at drive/thru around 11:00 am. Was told to “drive around” and my order would be brought out. I waited 25 minutes….then I walked in. Several people waiting in line and complaining about slow service. One person left after the long wait. No acknowledgment from staff or apologies for slowness. Kitchen not clean. Staff not attentive to customer needs. I left without food and I’ll never go back to this location. Unacceptable service. Requested refund online….we’ll see where that goes…who knows. Entire staff should be replaced. Spent over 30 minutes waiting on a simple order - never again!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing experiences at this establishment. The chicken was overcooked, with some pieces even burned. While that's better than undercooked, it still wasn't enjoyable. The gravy had spilled all over the box before I received my order, and no one made an effort to replace it. I also didn't receive the condiments I specifically requested, and the overall customer service was virtually nonexistent. After multiple unsatisfactory visits, I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously and improves both the quality of the food and the customer experience.

Shanique and other staff were friendly, inviting, and quick to serve. Food presentation in accordance to pictured food seems misportioned. The steak in the picture was larger than the biscuit, but the one on my sandwich was smaller then the biscuit. The bathrooms need cleaned! The sink was dirty looking, the toilet looked like someone puked in it, and it stained it.

Ordered chicken plate, beans were kinda stale, dirty rice didn't seem fresh either but wasn't bad, just not that great. Chicken fingers very small for their price but tasted really good. Peeps there very nice
