The Brick Pond in North Augusta is a hidden gem. It's the perfect spot for a walk or run. You're sure to see wildlife and enjoy relaxing vistas. With so many trails in this area permanently shut down from the damage caused by Hurricane Helene in 2024, it's a relief to have access to a well kept series of meandering trails.

Nice nature walk with wildlife viewing possibilities. On our quick walk through today we saw two alligators, several Anhinga, two different types of hawks, Carolina Wrens, turtles, squirrels, deer, and many other small birds. There are lots and lots of beautiful water lilies. Big repellant would be a good idea if you're not walking briskly. 😉

Perfect short walk to do with kids through the woods and on the boardwalk. Saw about 10 young alligators, blue Herron, unhinged, turtles etc. Several places to have a picnic and close to some good local restaurants. Best to park by the municipal building.

I loved this park. The covered walking bridge and the boardwalk are pretty. There were turtles basking on branches in the water.

Beautiful peaceful Park on Friday during the lunch hour. The pavilion and the benches are well maintained and clean. I did take away one star because of the creepy construction workers on one side.
