This place needs a visit from corporate BAD!! The booths were scratched and most of the ones we saw have torn cushions. The booth we sat at, was actually broken. (Pics will be below. ). The restaurant itself was dirty and needs a good deep cleaning. Overall basic maintenance and upkeep type stuff. The kitchen staff and manager were so loud we could hear every part of their conversations and drama. The waitress was sweet and very apologetic about being out of several menu items. Overall food was ok at best. I felt like I was in a cafeteria or a hospital. Boxed mac and cheese and flake potatoes when that’s not at all what is described on the menu. Was it the worst experience ever? No. It surely wasn’t the best either. I think next time, I will stay at home and make better tasting, better quality food, with a lot less nonsense and chaotic surroundings.

Food used to be good here. Late Sunday evening. Eggs were dry, appeared to be dehydrated eggs, taste mediocre. Bacon 1 1/2 small pieces, thin. Sausages (2) were good. Thick bread, put jam on it, all in all, would not want that meal again.

Well the head waitress told my waiter that she had a customer. She ignored me and went to talk to other customers about 5 or 6 minutes. I asked for ☕ & water with a 🍋. She brought out the ☕ & about 3 or 4 minutes later the water & lemon. The lemons was in a dirty bowl. I told her about and she got an altitude with me. She placed more lemons on the table and got the dirty bowl with the lemons. I place my order. I asked for limp 🥓 and it was Krispy. She over powered my grits with cheese and the pancakes was cold and hard under the bottom. Worse breakfast I ever had. I spoke with the assistant manager that was on duty. But I have a picture of the dirty bowl with the lemons in it.

Call the health department this place needs to be closed down! July 14, 2026 I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious this restaurant had serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors were so slippery they felt coated in oil, creating a dangerous slipping hazard. Throughout our meal, water dripped from multiple places in the ceiling onto our table and seats, even splashing onto our clothing. No customer should have to eat under those conditions. We then waited 45 minutes before our food was served, only to receive an incorrect order. The most disturbing part of our visit happened while we were eating: a live roach crawled across our table. That immediately ended our meal. Seeing a cockroach where food is being served is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about sanitation. As if that weren't enough, this is South Carolina in July, and the restaurant had no air conditioning. The dining room was hot, uncomfortable, and made the entire experience even worse. This wasn't one isolated problem—it was a combination of unsafe floors, water leaking from the ceiling, an excessive wait, an incorrect order, unbearable heat, and a live roach crawling across our table. That's not simply poor service; it suggests a restaurant that is not being properly maintained. IHOP's corporate office needs to take this location seriously. Customers deserve a clean, safe place to eat, and the employees deserve a safe place to work. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
