So Glad that Pizza Hut came back to Edgefield, spent most of my high-school time there with friends. Since they've reopened weve had many family dinner nights there. The food is still as good as it was back then. Mike has a great team, and they work their butts off. The young lady at the Register ( Abby ) was very courteous, and polite when she took my order. The crew in the back didnt waste any time in making the best Pizzas ever ! The only Gripe I have is NO MEAT ON THE SALAD BAR !! You guys wanna sell more salads, put Bacon bits, Ham, and Pepperonis back on it. Will definitely keep coming back

Our visit was on 10/5. We were very excited to see the return of PIZZA HUT in Edgefield as it was our top favorite Pizza Hut of anywhere. We came in around 6p and didn’t leave until after 8p. We ordered two pizzas with two salad bars. Our waitress was patient, calm, and polite, especially considering her work load and stress. We came in open minded and expecting to 1: wait a bit longer than usual 2: there could be a little mistake or two. (Knowing they just reopened). Here’s the experience: Came in and self seated. It was a little crowded but not full. Server met us shortly after seating with menus and giving us a rundown of specials. We ordered drinks and found the machine is in the lobby but the server must make your drink. Issue with that…it takes up your servers time and it also makes people wait for refills which begins to annoy customers. Let customers self serve their drinks, this isn’t a steakhouse. The pizza took FOREVER to come out and it was incorrect, the dough was still raw, and the meat tasted odd. There was ZERO sauce on the pizza. Not one smidgen. Absolutely flavorless. The salad bar, PATHETIC!!! Not even honey mustard for dressing. The top 3 Southern favorite dressings are 1: Ranch and a tie for Thousand and Honey. How could anyone not know this?!?! But there was potato salad and pickle spears and cottage cheese?!?!?! What???? Where are the bacon bits and honey mustard people?! We also had to ask they restock the salad bar as most things were empty and the lettuce was beginning to limp. Three females rolling silverware and two rolled their eyes when asked to restock the salad bar. You’d be fired if you worked me ON THE SPOT!! They have LAZY employees already. Salad bar should be checked minimum every 30 minutes. The lazy girl also wiped up spilled dressing and smeared it everywhere and left it. Gross. 🤢 We hoped to visit when the buffet was going but I doubt we’ll bother as it looks very small. Very small. And the salad bar obviously leaves a lot to be desired. The owner failed these employees and the customers. FAILED. They had no business opening with such little experience and help. The place currently sucks so bad and I think first impressions are beyond important. You’re failing. I’ll update if I ever get a changed experience. Good luck Pizza Hut, ya need it.

New building is nice. Staff under trained. Not even common sense In the wait staff nor the so called management team. Had two pizzas come out completely wrong not once but twice. Then waitress came back and said “I forgot what y’all ordered”. Like really? Waitress didn’t even care that it was wrong. Just walked away. Definitely do NOT dine in. Service is the worst ever. If you order to go, please make sure you check your order before leaving. Regional managers are even in here and can’t get the staff trained correctly or even fix an order that is completely wrong. For us in Edgefield, we have waited for this Pizza Hut to be rebuilt, only to find that the service and quality is way below par. They need to shut the doors and train their staff before serving not another slice of pizza.

Pizza already dry as hell. When I ask for extra sauce that’s what I mean. Pay attention to the ticket. It’s not hard.
