Would rate a 4.5. Food was good. Staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was a bit frigid. So if you order an iced coffee, I recommend not dining in. Definitely would go back.

My sister and I love their seasonal drinks! We wish they weren’t seasonal lol! And strawberry cheesecake crepes are amazing as well as the spicy chicken sandwich

Great coffee! The atmosphere is impeccable! the seasonal crepes, any of the crepes really, are delish. The Lox and other sandwiches are, too. Your staff appear to embody your mission and are so friendly. We love Rooted!

I’m not sure why there’s so many comments about the employees downtown being rude. They have never been anything but kind, genuine, and helpful. They accommodate my allergies, learn customers names and usual orders, and create such an upbeat atmosphere. The spicy chicken sandwich is not spicy and a little misleading because it’s sliced chicken not a patty, but still delicious. Working customer service is not for the weak.

Never disappointed when I come here. Rachel is there most creative person when it comes to making drinks, she knows just the right ratios to make it taste perfect. Maddy works harder than any coffee shop person there is.
