This is hands-down the best food in Aiken and the surrounding area. We had just about everything on the menu (smash burger, drumsticks, smoked chicken sandwich, and the loaded potato salad). This is one of those spots that serves simple, high quality meals. Plus the space is a total vibe and the staff were extremely friendly!

Absolutely, go to The Backyard. I tried the backyard chicken sandwhich as well as the fig salad with smoked chicken. It is hands down the best smoked chicken I have found in the area and the chicken salad sandwhich was chefs kiss. The juiciest drumsticks I have ever had. Go there, you will not regret!

Never a dull moment here. Always a great atmosphere and a pleasant people 😊. My husband and I come here VERY often with friends. It's hard not to order the burger because it's outstanding! They occasionally have music and soon will open an indoor facility. Currently the seating is only outdoors, but we're perfectly ok with that. The owners are compassionate and love what they do. And it shows. The quality of food is exceptional. Never had a bad dish here...or beer 🙂(Being next door to Solo Vino, doubles the good vibes) Can't wait to come back for more. See ya'll soon.

We went for their soft opening a couple of weeks back and they were slammed. Everyone was smiling and chatting with others or eating. They had live entertainment that night which was excellent (don't remember the name). We got a board that included multiple dishes and it was all delicious.
