I recently visited Tiffany’s Eatery and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. It took about 20 minutes just to get the bartender’s attention to place my order, which already set the tone. After ordering, I waited another 30–45 minutes for my food. When the food finally came out, it did not meet expectations at all. The turkey wings were so tough like they were undercooked and hard to eat. The gravy tasted old, like it had been sitting for a while. The mac and cheese was honestly disgusting, and the cabbage, while it had potential, was served cold. Overall, the long wait times combined with the poor food quality made this experience frustrating. I really wanted to enjoy this spot, but I won’t be returning based on this visit.

Restaurant was closed. Google said that they were open. Can't give them anymore stars. Might try them when they're open. The phone numbers listed aren't working. Do better, drove downtown for nothing

Soul food for the soul 😋 Everything came out hot and delicious 😋 Our waitress made us feel right at home, wonderful time and great conversation 😋

I was craving Mac & cheese and Yams so I did what I always do I pulled up door dash and this is what was recommended so I figured I give it a try got the plate with fried chicken rice & gravy yams along with Mac and cheese with a pork chop on the side. I was highly impressed this is the first soul food spot I tried in Augusta GA and honestly I don't feel the need to look anymore this is my new go to from now on Food was amazing 20/10 would definitely recommend.

I’m assuming this place is for a younger crowd. The name and color drew me in “Tiffany’s” but then the music (loud & explicit) and atmosphere almost made me leave. I really wanted to try the food based on the reviews. EPIC FAIL! No one greets you upon entry and if they do you can’t hear them over the music. We just assumed we had to seat ourselves since no one acknowledged us and hoped for the best. Long story shorter… we ordered from limited menu, I ordered BBQ wings and fries (felt a little nervous based on how things were going) I got hard fried wings, had to ask her to take them back so they coated them with BBQ sauce 🤷🏾‍♀️. My friend ordered baked chicken over rice, Mac n cheese, and green beans 💣 the beans were bland, the mac n cheese was cold and on the second scoop he pulled out hair 🤮We were done!!! I recommended he return everything but he’s a nice guy. So his plate was taken off, he paid and we left only to find out later that he was overcharged for my wings. 😠 I’m not knocking those that may enjoy this type of place but I did want to share our experience so that others aren’t fooled like me.
